Our Studio
Our studio is bright, open and airy with vibes that inspire and uplift. We offer top quality Reformer training in a group class setting and one-on-one, however, our studio culture doesn’t solely focus on the physical benefits. We believe that finding a deeper connection to oneself and to others, fostering self-love, and teaching confident and empowered movement is a big part of what makes our approach work.

Our Equipment
Our custom Reformers were designed to maximize flow, efficiency and safety in a class with the added ability to seamlessly incorporate fusion modalities like Yoga, Pilates, and fitness without losing the traditional Pilates Reformer repertoire.

Reformer Flow
Reformer Flow
combines the principles of traditional Pilates with a dynamic, flowing sequence of exercises on the Pilates Reformer machine. It emphasizes fluidity of movement, creating a continuous and challenging workout that builds strength, endurance, and coordination. Alignment and Breath are at the forefront of all of our reformer classes

Reformer X is a dynamic Reformer Pilates class that are designed to challenge you, energize you, and leave you wanting more. In just 50 minutes, you’ll experience a full-body workout that’s efficient, effective, and tailored to fit your busy lifestyle. Whether you're a Pilates pro or a beginner, our expert instructors ensure a personalized experience that helps you move better, feel stronger, and achieve your fitness goals

Similar to Group Reformer Classes:
Our instructors all have different backgrounds, but one thing they have in common is that they all are exceptional and are Lotus Reformer accredited. If you have an injury, recovery, or other specific need, please reach out prior or book directly. While our instructors are all amazing, at this time we are not able to work with all conditions. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities and we want to make sure we are fully prepared to meet your needs.

Heated Reformer
This wonderful class combines our reformer flow class with a bit of heat- so be prepared to sweat and bring a towel.
Each session emphasizes fluidity of movement, creating a continuous and challenging workout that builds strength and endurance.
In just 50 minutes you'll experience a full body workout. Suitable for all levels.
